We have two distinct names for each platform based on their features:
- Ollie Order: Order entry, backorders, pre-sales, payment processing, and mobile ordering.
- Ollie Logistics (formerly SalesLitre): Transfers, inventory, real-time reporting, and advanced data management.
If you have an Ollie Order account, you can automatically send your orders from Ollie Order to Ollie Logistics in real-time. In addition, status updates from Ollie Logistics will flow back into OllieOrder.
Important Note: this feature is automatically turned on for all orders going to Direct Tap warehouses. If you use Ollie Logistics for self-distribution purposes, please contact Ollie support and we will turn the integration on for your self-distribution.

How do I send my orders from Ollie Order to Ollie Logistics?
After accepting an order on Ollie, you'll be prompted to Ship and Charge that order. Clicking Ship will automatically send your order to your Ollie Logistics account.
Orders will be routed to the corresponding warehouse on Ollie Logistics based on the warehouse you selected on Ollie Order. Order and delivery updates on Ollie Logistics will also update on Ollie Order instantaneously!
A Fulfillment History section will appear at the bottom of the order; here you can view the status, description, and date in which the order was sent to SalesLitre. Click the link in the description to view the order in SalesLitre.
If your order fails to send to SalesLitre, the description will display the failure reason. Once you've fixed the issue, click the Re-Send to SalesLitre button.
🎉And that's it! You've successfully sent your orders from Ollie Order to Ollie Logistics using the integration feature.
The inventory numbers that populate beside your products in Ollie Order when you create a new Order are accurate and instantaneous. These numbers are pulled from your Ollie Logistics inventory so what you see reflected in that portal will match correctly to Ollie Order.
Important Note: Inventory is not allocated until you Ship the order to Ollie Logistics. If the order is in the Draft or Accepted status, the inventory has not yet been allocated to that order.
